Everything turned out perfectly, they were far less than our quote from the dealer and they even offered us options on parts . so we could save money. I have been servicing my Company Cars my wife Car for the last 10 years\r Being a business man I always check my options to verify that I have made the right choice. \r Recently I have sent 2 of my company cars to be serviced at another two Garages in order to have a comparing point to my regular guys at Expertec. \r Well as I do not want to smear the other two I try, let me just tell you that Expertec will be my Garage for the next 10 years. I suggest all of you to check them out and see for yourself. more

THEY BROKE MY CAR!!!!! 3/21/2012

I went to Expertec because I needed 90k major service done. when I checked their website, there was a coupon for $149.95 (org. $239.95). The service Man told me that I don't need this service. Instead, he recommended 105k service with timing belt and spark plugs which cost at least $700 just for timing belt service. I insisted that I want only 90k service. He refused to listen to me and quoted for oil service with 3k inspection. After few hours, he called me and said I needed transmission flush and some belts replacement, which cost me $225. I had them done. Wen I came home, something started to leak. I took my car in again to check. The service man said Power Steering Pump is damaged and needs to be replaced for $800 minimum. There was no leak before (10 years of driving), they didn't find anything wrong with power steering fluid/pump at the first inspection(before they did transmission/belts service), and I only drove 4 miles to home without any incident. They broke my power steering pump and refused to fix it!!! Now, I have to go somewhere else to fix what they broke!!! DON'T TRUST THEM! more

Expertec is The best auto repair in Huntington Beach 10/28/2009

Their office is always full with customers and some time getting an oil change may take 30 minutes or more. But it?s worth it, they are really the best! They are the cleanest most honest and reliably auto repair I have seen. I will keep going and recommend to anyone. more

ExperTec Automotive fixed my sick car 10/20/2009

My car did not pass smog a shop told me it will cost $650 to fixed.but i'm on a fixed income and my car is old so i called AAA.They send my to Expertec and Expertec fixed my car for $140 and the car passed smog.they where so nice and explained every think too me. more

EXPERTEC AUTOMOTIVE -GREAT!!! 10/20/2009

I used to take my car to the dealer for years but they always found things wrong and charged my a lot of money.I went to Expertec Automotive with a list the dealer gave me and because my roommate told me about Expertec .Chris the service guy went over the list and checked the car.it was all wrong and the dealer wanted to ripp me off!!! ExperTec Automotive is Knowledgeable and Honest 10/9/2009

Expertec has always treated us very well as customers. They have always been honest and fair. They keep my car in tip-top shape and always advise me on ways to maintain my car so that it will stay dependable to get me back and forth to work. I drive about 400 miles a week so, I know what wear and tear that can do to a car. It's nice to know that there are places out there that are still honest and stand by their quality of work. I would recommend this place to everyone if you need a honest and reliable mechanic. more

Expertec: 10/9/2009

My family and I have been having our cars serviced by Expertec for several years now, and I have to say that they have always treated us very well as customers. I can drop my car off, use the courtesy shuttle service to bring me back home and wait for them to call me when my car is ready. Its very convenient and feel that I can trust them with our cars. I have been using Expertec for many years. I also bought a car through them several years ago. Their service is outstanding and their mechanics are very well experienced with all models. I also get my car back on time, and it is always clean inside and out.Their rates are very competitive and always offer specials and weekly coupons. more

As in my other review for repair places, you don't expect to need them but when you do, having experienced shops make a difference. This place did a great job with little aggravation. more

I trust Expertec auto 8/2/2007

It's always been hard for me and my family to trust mechanics ...\r but after I was referred to Expertec - I will refer everyone to this place! \r they charged me what they said they would, they explained what needed t be done and even showed me the part they replaced. \r I will probably never go to another repair shop. more

Did not feel taken advantage of 11/18/2005

You know when you are a girl and you take your car in to get fixed somethimes you have left and felt you were being taken for a ride? Well, I did not feel that way when I took my car here to have a full check and tune up. They were very good at explaining everything to me so I knew and understtood and called me along the way if they felt there was something I needed to fix that I was not aware of. Good Service and was fairly priced. more
