First, the tire I brought in because of a slow leak, still leaks. Second, they charged me for a quality check that I didn't ask for. Lastly, the reason I went there in the first place was because they quoted some brake work that I needed done at a much lower cost than my normal mechanic, so I thought I'd give them a try. I only needed my brake pads replaced, however, they claimed that I needed to replace my rotors as well which is way more expensive. ""The rotors literally have big gouges in them that can't be machined out,"" they told me. So I decided to go back to my original mechanic.
On the drive over, I couldn't believe the terrible sounds my brakes were making after Expert Tire took a look at them. Before bringing my truck in, the brakes never made any kind of squeal or whine. After Expert Tire got a hold of them though, I cringed the entire way to my original mechanic because of the awful sounds coming from my brakes. My original mechanic assured me that my rotors were fine and they gladly replaced my pads with ease.
