Don't use your credit card here 12/2/2008

The credit card I used at the local Expert Tire store was also used that same day on an unknown online purchase. This is a card I have only used two or three times over the course of a year. I had no other purchases on the card other than the one for the tires. I went to talk to the manager about it and his response was "we don't have anyone working here that would do such a thing". That is all that was said or done about it at the store. I contacted my credit card company and they confirmed the purchase was made around the same time as the tire purchase. Watch out for these guys! more

No Expert Here! 10/3/2008

I recently took my vehicle in to Expert Tire in Visalia, CA for a "quick" oil change. I was very dissatisfied with the performance of the staff. My vehicle was the only one there, and yet it took them over two hours to complete a simple oil change! After they finally got the oil change completed, they refused to accept my coupon because it was not for the oil that they put in. They did not ask me which oil I wanted, they just put in what they wanted. \r \r The price was overly high for the quality of service provided, the staff was rude, and the wait was terribly long. I do not recommend Expert Tire, especially if you have a coupon! more
