Expert TV was incredible, fast and knowledgeable. Your technician came to my home last Saturday, about an hour after I called, to repair my Samsung flat screen TV. I wanted to bring to your attention the excellent service that I received from him. He was extremely professional and competent, as well as courteous, and personable. He is an excellent representative of your company and if I never need future service, I will definitely call Expert TV Service. Too often in life we are quick to register complaints, but it is equally important to recognize superior service. Therefore, it was important to me to bring this to your attention.
