I set up my appointment on Friday am. They were at my house that afternoon and I had COLD AIR!!!!! by Saturday morning. I didnt feel any pressure from the technician to by a new system and they were $3000 cheaper than 1 hour. I felt at ease with them and know I got a great deal. Would recommend to all in desperate need!!! Pros: Saved me over $3000 Cons: didnt really find any more
