Worst Company Ever 2/19/2012

This company is the best example of corporate greed you will ever find; they do not care about abusing their employees verbally, excessive work hours with no compensation and firing without cause. They manipulate data to the customers and lie boldly as needed. Truly horrible company to work for or do business with, beware. more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME..BEWARE!!!! 10/28/2011

This company, does nothing but work there drivers 12-14 hours a day, When they ""have work or are busy"" NO OVERTIME PAY, STRAIGHT TIME, they do not care about the people that work for them or there family.they keep you out on the road in blizzards, send you zigzags all over the states. They laugh at you when your frustrated, they have no health insurance, life insurance, NOTHING. They have people in charge that have no idea what to do,how to talk or solve any problems. They LOVE that they can trap you and treat you any kind of way because jobs are hard to find... STAY AWAY. more

Don't Interview with this company!!!! 10/14/2011

Anyone looking for work? Well do yourself a favor and don't talk to the joker they have running the place in Indianapolis. I have been on a lot of interviews over the course of my career, this one took the cake. I was being interrogated like I was a prisonor and then he purposely argued the point of why the Hazmat endorsement was so difficult to obtain in the US today. He stated that the Muslims were at fault!! While my personal opinion wouldn't allow me to sit and listen to his crap, I told him how it was and got up in the middle of the interview and walked out. I have spent over half of my life in the transportation industry, working my way to the top. I have worked for all of the big boys on the block, owned and operated my own trucking company for ten years, and also put myself through college while working 70 hours a week for the last twenty years. This guy missed out on someone with real world knowledge of the industry and true talent. I am glad he showed his true colors, because I wouldn't work for him if he was the last trucking company on earth. As my favorite saying goes.......I have forgotten more about this industry than he will ever know. Don't waste your time drivers and operations applicants, he will just treat you like a piece of dirt!!! That...you can take to the bank. Good luck ac more

Rich off the backs of the truck drivers! 3/5/2010

EFS is making huge revenue by making their drivers work 14-16 hour days 5-6 days a week. They don't care about their employees or their employees families. All they care about is their bottom line! All they would have to do is hire 2 or 3 more employees and then everyone could at least see their families one night a week. But if they did that, they would possibly have to pay for more insurance for 2-3 more employees. Hope congress passes more regulations for non-over the road truckers that would make EFS hire more employess and work their employees less. EFS is the epitemy of corporate greed. I hope they are happy that they made 10-20 million in revenue. Too bad none of the employees will see it. Well, besides the corporate officers. Pros: Tries to give an honest wage Cons: Doesn't pay overtime of any kind and works truck drivers to more
