Executive is very good at catching little title issues... not good if you're a seller, but great if you're a buyer.
We bought a house and closed thru them, and they noticed that back in the 80's, there was a descrepency in the signatures of who had bought and sold this house... the guy bought it with his wife Sarah, she died, and he married ANOTHER woman named Sarah... the house had traded hands several times since then, and no one noticed that the middle initials were different.
Executive did, and they tracked down the former owner and got a death certificate... now there are NO title issues on the house!
