We have been treated with grace and elegance from Executive limousine on our anniversary night with my Lady friend. The best part of the service was our driver. He was a gentleman, polite, slightly reserved, but always there when needed. He provided us with a smooth ride with confidence and security. The way he addressed us, the way he opened the doors , everything he did just spoke volumes of his professionalism and great customer care. \r It is very refreshing in today's climate to find such a personal care. This company was great! We booked the Hummer for my sixteenth birthday this past weekend. They were very punctual and got there before my pick up time. It was very nice and clean inside and the driver was really cool. They set us up with the karaoke and the play station and made it a night to remember! My Parents rented me a limousine from this company, and I thought they had great service, the driver was nice, and i would come back again! The limousine driver didnt let us down, the limousine was very beautiful inside, and I felt comfortable. There was no bad service. I have used many limo companies over the years. Most are decent, a few are definitely under average, and some stand out. This one stands out! Best proof of it, I never wrote a review for anyone, but I am writing one for them.\r \r First, the driver was on time. Small thing, maybe, but it's high in my books. After all, I am paying, and I am paying for decent service. Here, everything was above average. A nice guy, personable, on time, a spotless car, and everything I had ordered at hand, the wine was better than expected, it was just *nice* service from A to Z. I wish hadI got that every time I used a limo! This is what I expect from chauffeuring, but rarely got!\r \r This was a very important evening for me, and everything what just perfect. I really loved it. Plus they had a few big selling points as far as I am concerned: They assured me that I could cancel if I needed to, with no penalty. Last time I cancelled with another company, I had to pay for the whole thing! Needless to say, I paid, but I never used them again. This company, I cancelled once, and they truly did not charge me a penny. Plus, this time, I had some over time, and they charged me only bt the half-hour, instead of the usual full hour. That was nice too...\r \r All I can say is that I truly recommend them! This limo business is expensive enough, you might as well go with the best!
