We have been using Executive Limousine for over 20 years. I always feel confident when using them that they will always be on time with an expert driver. Recently we had a death in the family and we needed to travel to several cities within a few days, Executive Limousine was able to accommodate us in each of the cities, helping us at a crucial time. When traveling, it's best to have the least amount of stress, Executive limousine does wonders in reducing the stress! I know I can always count on them--no matter what city! We highly recommend. more

Excellent service from beginning to end. Called a few companies for inquiry based on good review on Yelp and Executive Limo always has someone there to answer the phone. Reservation lady Celia is just great, nice and efficient. Then came with email confirmation and follow up emails to follow every step of reservation. They even sent chauffeur photo, name, and phone # at the day of pick up. Chauffeur Lorenzo is just great, providing useful local information. I will definitely recommend this company! more

I have used executive limo for years and enjoyed the comfortable ride with courteous skilled drivers. I travel often, and I want to especially praise the dispatcher Brendon tonight, when I realized at 10 pm Saturday night that my staff assistant had forgotten to book my car service to LGA, for a 6am Sunday morning pickup. Within minutes I had a reservation and I thank that driver for accepting my request at such a late moment. We will be sure that this mistake doesn't happen again, but thank you, Executive Limousine, for coming to my rescue.\r \r In a second episode, I would also like to praise the driver, Ariel, who searched for my foreign student on his first visit to the USA who did not have a cell phone. LGA airport is under reconstruction and close parking was not available, and the driver had to park and walk 15 minutes to find my student who was looking bewildered at the baggage claim. The driver was a real problem solver, making that extra effort in order to find my student and I really appreciate that. So in addition to Executive Limousine having courteous and skilled drivers, they also have drivers who can successfully problem solve. more

I have used Executive Limousine for years for both business and personal trips. The drivers are always so professional and pleasant. And when it comes to picking up at our NYC airports, you need a lot of patience. They are always wonderful at meeting me and directing me where to go and putting me at ease. I have recently used executive limousine to get to JFK airport. They have great service. The driver arrived exactly on time and I was able to easily communicate with him via text message while the plane pulled into the gate. I highly recommend executive limousine to others. more

Thank you Executive Limousine, especially Stephanie who reserved our party bus and John our driver. Both are real pros and a pleasure to work with. Executive Limousine was right on time in providing a beautiful party bus that comfortably accommodated all 24 of our extended family of cousins and aunts & uncles on our July 11, 2015 day trip from Long Island back to our parents' old Brooklyn neighborhood. Everyone had a great time, especially our parents who got to reminisce and show us ""kids' where they grew up, went to school, got married, etc. Weather was great that day, but it was the first class service by Executive Limousine and its personable professional staff that made our day. As I said to our driver John, I hope he is available when we reserve again in Spring 2016. In the meantime I have already recommended Executive Limousine to friends who are planning to also take a party bus of family back to tour Brooklyn and see their old neighborhood. The trip was about 3 hours and we absolutely loved their services: \r -- The chauffeur Raymond was extremely kind and a very safe driver. He was always on time and happy to accommodate! \r -- The limo was in great condition and was very comfortable for a long drive. \r -- Working with Executive Limousine to book their services was very seamless, easy, and efficient. \r -- Their rates are very fare and fantastic!!!\r \r All around 5+ stars!!!! You can count on them to show up, be courteous and get you to your destination. In all the years I've been using them I only had one occaison where I wasn't pleased with the driver. I reported that and the owner/manager corrected the problem. When I need to use a car service, they make it a positive experience. more

We recently used Executive Limousine for a high end client appreciation event. They handled all of our airport transfers as well as coach service to a couple different venues. It was a great experience. Perfect? No...I have yet to find one that is. What was great, however, was the way they communicated any challenges and quickly solved them. This led to a guest experience that was tremendous. Not only would I recommend them but we will use them again. Celia and the entire team did a terrific job for us. more

What can I say after 15+ years of doing business with Executive Limosine, there is no one better out there, simple! Wherever you are going to, whether long or short haul, they will do the job with ease, senserity and on time! I travel alot for business and never once have I had an issue for latesness, driving capabilities, etc... After so many trips, it also helps that the drivers know me already by name, feels like I am getting into my own car without the hassel of driving, so I won't look else where, neither should you.
