Executive Heating & Air has always done a good job. This time they replaced a capacitor and a valve, I haven't even been there to see if it's working so I can't rate that, but they have done work for a client of mine and they it nicely which is why I called them to do work for me too. more

Executive Heating & Air did great service for me, they did everything they said they would do and they were really nice and friendly people. I bought a new air conditioner from them last year and have had them come back for maintenance on the same unit. I really appreciated everything they did for me, they were great. more

Executive Heating & Air worked on installing a heating unit for me. They were professional and they showed up on time. My boss that I work with, they put in a unit in her house and she recommended them. Now that I have worked with them, I'll call them again. I'm alright and everything is working great, I'm alright with it. more

Friendly people, but their attention to detail needs some work. 6/13/2016

I called Executive Heating & Air to install a complete AC system on the inside and outside of my house and the experience was okay and they did a good job, but my problem was with their attention to detail. It was the little things for me, like when they were installing the AC unit, there were four squares that they had to align and they were just putting the square parts wherever they wanted and it doesn't look quite right. They also left holes on the outside where critters can come in and there was younger person ripping out the old insulation without waiting for instructions from his boss. I notice these things because I used to be in the service industry and I feel like if they would have paid attention to detail, the service would have been ten times better. They were really nice people and did a good job but I would make sure the boss knows that their people need to be a little more meticulous when installing a brand new AC system for someone because I want this to last a lifetime and not just a few years. more

Executive Heating & Air did a fine job as far as I'm concerned. He showed up on time, and he looked at it, serviced it, put coolant in it, replaced the caps that were way past viability and the relays had some burned spots on the contacts that needed to be replaced and he did that. I was very happy with them, would recommend them. more

Executive Heating & Air is very reliable with good communication. They replaced the complete Trane unit and added two vents, and it turned out great. What I liked the most was the thoroughness and quality of the work, and how quickly I was able to get everything done. more

I've been using Executive Heating & Air for a while now. The first time was a few years ago and they did a very good job this last time, as they did that first time too. Their price is competitive and good for what I had done, I'm not complaining about it. I also don't have anything bad to say about their customer service, they are always friendly and absolutely professional. more

Happy with the tune up. 4/27/2016

Executive Heating & Air just did a tune up on my AC units, so I couldn't comment on the install service or customer service really. But they seemed very professional, they showed up on time and got the maintenance done really quickly, so I would recommend them off of what I saw. more

I called Executive Heating and Air based on a recommendation. They were friendly, on time and made the repair on the spot. The price seemed fair and I no longer have worries that carbon monoxide is leaking into my daughter's house. Thanks! more

Great service across multiple properties. 3/28/2016

We have nine rental houses and I use Executive Heating & Air for plumbing, heat and air. Just recently I called them to check out what we thought was a CO leak and they came out promptly the same day pinpointed the problem and fixed it with no issues. They are always on time and I have confidence in their quality of work and they are just easy to deal with. more

Very good quality work. Pleasant and good with emergencies. 3/23/2016

Executive Heating & Air did part of the job and they are still coming to do more. They installed the heating and air system for me and everything they've done has been very good. There was an issues that had nothing to do with them, there was a collapse in my foundation and they had to go in and replace a join and when they did, they found out that the problem is further than that. So, they have been doing quite a bit of work and they have always been pleasant and they really do good quality work. The collapsed line caused our house to flood and I called them as soon as I saw the flooding and they came within 15 min, they were very good under emergencies. more
