Excellent job! 3/11/2014

I am a Realtor and hired Executive Carpets to clean a badly soiled carpet with pet stains and bad pet odor throughout entire house. I had another Company tell me cleaning would not work and we needed to buy new carpet. The Seller was impressed and happy that they trusted to allow Executive Carpets do the job. The carpet looks like new after it was cleaned and the odor is completely gone. Executive Carpets saved the Seller from having to purchase brand new carpet, this gave the house a greater value and now shows as move in ready condition. more

Organized and efficient. 11/12/2013

Number one, Executive Carpet Services LLC was right on time and everybody was so courteous. They came out and gave us our estimate a few days before and then let us set up an appointment. The young men they sent were very nice and very careful about not making any mess within our house. We were very satisfied and the carpet turned out nice. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone. They were very efficient. We had had contacts with some other carpet cleaners who weren't on time and didn't call me back. The main word I think of when I think about Executive Carpet Services is highly efficient in every way. more

Great experience! 9/24/2013

We had our carpets cleaned this last weekend, and I have had experience with Executive Carpet in the past, always great, and this time did not disappoint either. Ben was our cleaner, he called ahead to check directions and give me an arrival time, arrived when he said he would, talked to us about what we needed and did three rooms in our house in a couple short hours. The carpet took almost 48 hours to really start to dry as we have long loop carpet, but it looks amazing and we are so happy to have used this service and plan to have them come every year now. Excellent work, amazing results, we are so happy to have chosen them again! more

I had a stained carpet that Executive Carpet Services cleaned. They were one of the quickest services I've dealt with as far as getting the job done. They can work with anyone's schedule because they're fast and efficient. more

The truck-mounted system was awesome! Very efficient service. 8/21/2013

I liked the truck-mount system that Executive Carpet Services used. It's powerful, and the hot water process is great. I like how they spray it on and suck it out at the same time so your carpets aren't saturated, but are definitely very clean. I could tell the employees were working hard to be efficient and thorough the whole time. more

Good experience 8/16/2013

This was our first time using Exec Carpet. They cleaned our carpets and everything turned out fine except there's still a spot that's soaking wet. Wish they had left a few fans to help dry the spot out. We left some pans in that area otherwise, we would be stepping water. Other than that, I would use them again. Fantastic! 6/18/2013

I had received a voucher from my apartment complex for renewing my lease to get a free carpet cleaning service.Since it was free, I figured the carpet cleaning company would only clean a small portion of my place or try to charge me extra for "heavy duty" stains or something like that. But Executive Carpet Services never tried to charge me extra and did my whole apartment like they promised and it looks great!! I would highly recommend them :) more

The BEST carpet cleaning in Arizona 4/6/2013

They have been cleaning my carpets since (I can't even remember)I think 2005. They clean my business, my house and my rental. I had an old Labrador, he used to come in with some enzymes and was able to perfectly clean my dogs accidents. I also had them clean the fabric on my dining room chairs, they did an excellent job. My spouse,Jo and I, are apartment dwellers,and we've lived in the same apartment since 2004. At one time, Executive Carpet had the contract for taking care of the carpets in our complex. We rejoice that Tom Marks,proprietor,Zeb,the technician and Tom's other techs are so great that we,personally,are doing business with this fine company. Jo is living effectively with cancer as she functions as a full time non salaried parish nurse-minister in a local church. Having cleanliness in our home,effected by Executive Carpet's fine & competent gentlemen,is most helpful in dealing with some of the discomforts,dangers and challenges of cancer as Jo joyfully does her work as long as God grants her time on earth. We are not only grateful for the fine job,but I heartily recommend Tom and his outstanding crew to anybody who desires the cleanest and healthiest home environment possible. Blessings Upon All! Really good service and very fast and workmanship was excellent 12/5/2012

Were on time and did a flawless job mending my carpet together after they had to stretch it from a prior carpet company that did a bad job on it when it was installed. Will recomend them to any one who needs a great company like them. more

Tom is very responsive to my calls. I call him on all my carpet cleaning jobs. He even does patch work and emergency water clean up. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for great team and quality work. more
