These guys have always helped me out with any problems that I have. Some not even related to their service.
The best thing is that they are local and the techs actually know what they are doing and talking about, unlike other providers where you could spend hours on the phone trying to figure out a simple problem.
On a side note related to a negative review regarding their dial-up service, being a techie myself, dial-up is slow; not just Exchangenet's.
If your dial-up syncs up much slower than 56k, then you have line quality issues which they have no control over.
