I write this review because of my past experience with the un-helpful management staff. I recently had a flood in my apartment TWICE in eight days, not any of my own doings; the residents above me were in the wrong. My apartment was gushing with dirty yellow water coming from my light fixtures, and ceiling. It took nine days (which the apartment manger told me it would only take two to three days to complete) to complete the job of only replacing the sponge from the carpet, cleaning the carpet, days waiting on the walls and ceiling to dry, just so I could wait a couple more days, so they could fix the holes in the walls and ceiling. Yes, I had numerous holes in the walls and ceiling made by the maintenance department, so the BIG Industrial Size Fans they give me (using my electricity) could circulate the air better. After consistently calling there upper management I did receive a nice little cake, three balloons, and one hundred dollars in gift certificate, but never received a call back from them. WOW that cake makes it all better!!!! My electricity is usually around sixty dollars, and I have had two BIG Industrial Size Fans in my apartment, I?m sure that will not cover my electric bill. Plus, not to mention the day of work, I had to miss because all my clothes in my closet were soaking wet with dirty yellow water. Also, about once a month we receive this nice letter from the complex, about someone (again) getting robbed by gun point. And in this letter it has a statement, this letter is sent out not to scare you, but to inform you of the ""ghettoo"" apartments the you live in. I wish someone would have written a review about this apartment when I was looking for a safe, clean, and flood free apartment. I will never live here again and don?t suggest anyone living here either.
Pros: outside looks nice.
Cons: managerment staff, solving problems, robberies, on call maintenance
