A friend and I had a fantastic SPA day!! When we showed up everyone was very friendly. I have Emily C. for my wonderful Facial then she cut my hair just the way I have been wanting it cut for years but no one ever got it right till now, She really understands what you want! Then for my first Pedi I was blessed to have Kris I have the peppermint Pedi it was wonderful! The price was the lows for the quality of work you get. My friend had Emily V. she was fantastic as well. My friend and I left feeling renewed and glamours. So if you want to feel great you must ask for Emily C., Emily V. or Kris. Very Customer Centered 3/26/2010

Omar is the greatest! I usually go in once a month for long layers on my long hair, and I never have to fear that too much would be taken off. The stylists actually listens to you and your ""hairstory"" and then explains as he goes. I leave with a very manageable style that can be recreated at home and not once am I ever treated like I don't know what I want. The front desk is very friendly and helpful but then you are left to your devices. I definitely recommend that you run and not walk to this very reasonably priced ($25 for a cut on long hair, no blow dry or blow dry for $5 more). They are great; who else would fit a walk-in at 7pm two days before New Year's Day!!! Pros: great male stylists, personable, customer centered more

Great service plus social consciousness 12/31/2009

Excellence is home to a a variety of stylists and aestheticians. Whatever you want -- high energy or laid back -- there's a stylist there for you. My personal favorite is Kristine L. She's great with color and a cut. She listens and offers excellent suggestions. The owner, Santos, is a wonderful combination of stylist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Her salon supports charities that provide educational and support services to women in crisis and gives clients a chance to participate, too. Best Facial and Hair cut ever 1/29/2007

I had the best time ever. The place has good parking, good customer service and several packages to choose from. The only thing is that they seem a little over priced compared to the other places. I received a facial from a very young girl (Dulce) and at first I was kind of skeptical but decided to relax and giver her a chance, and Im glad I did. She gave me the best facial ever!!! She is very professional and relly know what she is doing. I was so pleased I went back and scheduled my hair cut with Dulce and Im sure I will be going back.
