I have an interior design business and manufacturing company. I've known Raymond from Excellence Electric for about fifteen years and he's the only person I can go to for a difficult project or old home--anything that's not the standard electrical job. The best part is he answers your phone calls, shows up on time, cleans up after himself, and would never steal anything. Hes a good guy. Another good thing is that if something ever happens, he would return immediately and remedy whatever the situation was. more

We called Excellence Electric for the first time when we got electric cars. We needed a 240 volt charger installed, and since we have an old house a whole new circuit box and drop line to the street also had to be installed. There were some issues that came up both with the utility company and with city hall, but Raymond was very persistent about getting those problems resolved. He eventually got the new drop line, the fuse box and everything we needed installed, and everything passed inspection. We've been using the system for about ten months now, and everything works fine! Raymond is really first rate. He is great, and you should definitely use him! I had a really great experience with Excellence Electric. Before hiring Ray, I called two other companies. I set up appointments with both of them, but they kept cancelling and rescheduling on me. Finally I called Ray in the afternoon, and he said he was working close by and could stop by when he was done in about two hours. He stopped by exactly two hours and fifteen minutes later. Ray was very pleasant. Some people want to sell you everything under the sun, but Ray just listened to what I wanted done and then we discussed it. We talked about the reasons why I wanted things done and where I wanted them. He didn't try to sell me anything. He just gave listened to what I wanted and gave me some suggestions. I got great information from him about putting in the proper electric in the proper spot. He started on the day he said he would at 7 A.M. His assistant came in around 10 A.M., and they worked until it was done that evening. Everything checked out and has been working fine. They did a complete cleanup when they were done. They didn't leave anything for someone else to clean up, which is another nice feature. Ray's really a nice, pleasant guy who has knowledge about his trade. I had confidence and trust in him from the beginning. He definitely out-shined the companies I tried first. more

We recently purchased an electric car. Our dealership referred Excellence Electric to us, so we could install a charging station in our home. They came to our home to give us an estimate. They also made recommendations for us on where to put it up. They also discovered that the existing electric panel was too small to accommodate the charge station, so we had them upgrade our panel as well. Raymond did a very good job and took good care of us. Everything has been working fine since. They haven't had to return or do any follow-ups. Overall, it was very good experience, and we were happy with the work provided. more
