Perhaps the most vital component to athlete training is the quality and character of the coaching staff. Our strict hiring practices ensure that our students receive the very best coaching available. In addition to an annual safety certification, every member of the coaching staff is required to attend training courses in order to improve their skills.

An important factor in making good athletes into great athletes is to provide them with the best in safety and competition equipment.
All Exceleration Gymnastics Center equipment meets or exceeds competition specifications set forth by USAG and FIG guidelines. This allows our student-athletes to attempt and master increasingly difficult skills in the safest of conditions.

*Apparatus for students of all ages and skill-levels. A progression of gymnastics classes is available,starting with classes for children aged 18 months and moving up to age 6. These classes are held in a separate kid's area,complete with equipped sized just for them.
Introductory Gymnastics Classes:
*Explorers (18 mo. to 3 yrs.)
*Tiny Tigers (3-4 yrs.)
*Little Lions (5-6 yrs.)
For children interested in pursuing a track towards competitive team,we also offer a series of preparatory gymnastics classes.
