Highly recommended 9/23/2010

I bought my house as a forclosure and there were some plumbing issues on the inspection report. I had Excel out and had my PVB replaced out front, some flashing on a roof vent re-done and they capped off my irrigation in the rear since I don't need it and it was leaking, and fixed a toilet that was really hard to flush. I got a call when the plumber was on his way, he was pleasant, friendly to my big, hyper dogs, and got everything done quickly and neatly. It was a really good experiance to have someone in my house that was so polite. It's always a little unerving to have a stranger in your house, this was quick and completely painless. I would definately tell anyone that needed work done to go through Excel. more

Find another plumber 8/20/2005

This company took twice as long as they said they would, cost was very high due to contract language (be very careful on how they write the contract), and their employees spent time playing with various items in the house. When complaint was made the owners were disagreeable and unbending. They would not even schedule work completion when homeowner could be present and would not send supervisor to site to oversee the work being done. No refund offered, no compensation made. Another plumber was called to complete work. PROS: can not think of even one CONS: expensive, messy, time consuming and unresponsive more
