Excel Cleaners

I typically do not write reviews, but since reading the message by ""gigantaur,"" which I feel is an isolated incident probably brought on by the writer's personal issues and blames the establishment and its staff. My family and I have used Excel Cleaners since they opened in the late 80s. They have always gotten the job done and with a smile. They have successfully removed stains off very delicate clothing that others warned me to forget about dry cleaning and throw away the garment. Likewise, their alterations are always neat and clean. I have never had an issue with them, their billing, nor their service. I am not related to the owners or their employees. Just a loyal client who lives in the area and values their work. STAY AWAY! It's obvious that the person writing the positive review works there. These folks are rip-off artists. Especially the woman who works behind the counter. Notice your receipt when you leave because they ALWAYS charge you for something you didn't ask for or they charge a higher rate than what you were promised. I had a few run ins with them and the woman actually had the audacity to say the above quote in the subject line when I asked for a specific service. There are better dry cleaners in this area and you should never give business to someone that does not value their customers.
