On no notice Brad got me in and diagnosed the problem within hours. He gave me a solid quote, did the job withing 4 hrs, and I picked it up that afternoon. I realize I probably got luck working into his schedule, but I'd recommend his small company. A good guy, doing good work for a reasonable price. I'll definitely go back! more

My little 1999 vehicle, with 196,000 miles on it, has been taken care of very well here for quite some years now. The folks are courteous, helpful, and thorough. I find their prices appropriate for the service rendered and I have always felt that my car is in good hands, and will be fully safe back on the road. They also will go the extra mile to accommodate special needs for appointments. more

I was hoping this tiny shop was a diamond in the rough, not the case. Not friendly or warm..I will keep on looking for that shop that values my business. I could tell it was all about the money and not so interested in the customer. Pricing was kind of high, for a run down shop. more

My vehicle has never run so good. I'm impressed that the vehicle was fixed right the first time, this is rare from my experience with other shops. I will definitely return. My only complaint and I hate to complain about a free service, but it seemed that getting a shuttle ride was an inconvenience to the shuttle driver. She seemed bothered and made it clear that even though the shop was open that she could not return after 3pm to pick me up. It was a Friday, Maybe she was just having a bad day. Other than her the sales manager was very easy to work with. Explained my options in repairs and I felt there was nothing hidden about the work performed. Last year, after I failed an emissions test, it was recommended (by the emissions people) to me to bring my car to Excel Automotive to make it so I could pass the test. Long story short, they told me I had to replace three parts in my car. Not being a car person, I couldn't verify this but believed it that they were being honest with me so I agreed to pay the money. I was a shocked by the amount of money I was being charged as I went in with the expectations that I would be paying significantly less. Not long after, I took my car to another auto-repair center, this time one owned by family friends. After discussing with them my experience with Excel Automotive, they told me that I had only needed one part replaced and that I (not in these words) was screwed over.
