Excel Auto Svc

I have been a satisfied customer for a few years, but recently I just learned they are under new management & they are AMAZING, Paul is the owner and his brother George was helpful too. I went in for oil change & brake change, it did take 6 hours but they called with updates and pretty reasonable prices $470.00). We noticed a squeaky sound ...I called was told to drive with it for a day (safe if sounds funny, not feels funny) but come back if there was still the sound. Saturday at 5pm, the owner called ME to check on noise!!! I brought it over, he drove it, did not hear it, but offered to lend us HIS Prius while he continued to test my car...I have lived in 4 time zones and I have NEVER had a mechanic call me at 5 on a Saturday, let alone ever...let alone offer HIS car, and we have no relationship...since he is new owner we just met Friday! They also take payments!! Unbelievable! more

Ok I've been taking my car to Bethlehem motors for over 10 years, decided it was time for a change. Discovered I got the real deal here. They went a step beyond a regular service on my Mercedes and discovered a hose clamp was not installed properly . The made the adjustment, spent the time explaining the issue to me , WOW!!! A mechanic explaining to a girl who knows her stilettos but not her car- and it made sense!!! Definitely check excel auto out. Fred and Frank rock!! I will be sending more folks over for an honest and inexpensive assessment. more
