I wanted to have my stairs and carpet cleaned as a Christmas ?gift? to my husband (and myself) so I called Excel. They got me an appointment the next day and when they left my stairs looked the same as before. I was told it would take a couple of hours to dry and expected it to take a little more but it ended up taking more than 4 days. My bedroom smelled sour and mildewy until I went to Home Depot and bought Odoban and recleaned my carpet myself. Another room that was cleaned still has streaks of dirty water marks on it that I haven?t recleaned yet. They also didn?t turn our outside faucet completely off which we didn?t discover for a couple of days (can?t wait for that water bill). Wasted money and ended up costing more in time and regret than I ever expected. more
