I went there in July for a cleaning. They told me that I should get a full mouth debridement due to ""excessive"" gum bleeding and tartar buildup. The hygenist even commented that I had barely any tartar at all. I have always had bleeding but it was never excessive and I have never needed anything other than a basic cleaning. So instead of getting a free cleaning with my insurance, I paid $50 and went back in a couple of weeks at which time they said I should get periodontal maintenance that requires multiple visits and hundreds of dollars. I said no and they refused to polish my teeth. I then had to wait a month and a half to switch dentists who had no problem cleaning my teeth FOR FREE and they use the very same gum measurement techniques!! This dentist is out for your money! more

My husband went tot he dentist to have his problematic wisdom teeth pulled. during the procedure the dentist slipped and slit the back of his throat, it required stitches. mind you he only had a local anestic and the slit part was not under the influence. they kept going, he had to raise his hand and say stop. they said oh, and the dentist clutched his hand, my husband saw a bruise and the dentist said he had an injury. we like the dentist, folks make mistake but how it has been handled since is awful. i called and asked that our co pay and insurance be refunded and asked for 25$ co pay to be paid for my husband to go get looked at at the VA. Also i wanted my money refunded for me cancelling my appointment. which is 25$. The only conversation they allowed me to talk with the manager was odd. she had no idea it happened and stated that it 'SHOULD"" have been a surgical procedure and then stopped talking about it. it was not done under surgical conditions. they have since stopped even talking to us. we dont want much. just what is right. my tip to them is this. if you treat folks right, they will return. if not, they will not. more
