An unethical business.\r

Three years ago we bought a 2 year old silver GMC Yukon at the Ewing Plano GMC dealership. As part of the deal we were promised a car detailing, tank of gas, and oil change. This was written up on a Ewing form by their sales rep and signed by both parties. When we returned to redeem what had been agreed upon they reniged.\r

The dealerships manager at that time stated that it had not been approved by their manager and that the sales rep is no longer with them. We left and although not worth the cost of taking legal action on, I contemplated it just out of principal. \r
\r
Despite having contacted them several times and requesting to be removed from their mailing lists, they are not even able/willing to comply and we continue to receive their spam mail three years later, which is nothing more than a reminder of this aweful experience. Presently (It changes) we receive letters with the name Antione Willis (Whom we've also contacted). \r

I have bought many cars for our family over the years and since 2008 we have purchased another vehicle in addition to our Yukon. Most dealerships contrary to the stereotypical view are actually pretty good and honor their word. Most even go beyond. I can only discourage one from doing business with Ewing though. There are many dealerships and car sales folks are like sand on a beech, find one that won't rip you off!
