ONE WORD....WOW. really sad...not a fair situation that this company is obviously exploiting...but when you have no choice and there are no options it is usually for a reason, so someone can take advantage of you...these guys are no different in that regard. Hope that they realize that when they are doing the things they do, they will get what they deserve. Enough said...:( more

It's bullcrap that the company (Ewing Bros Towing) that towed my car from my accident, ripped off my rear bumper and caused a extra $1500.00+ or more in damages to my car and did not tell anyone about it.. It wouldn't even be that big of a deal if the tow truck driver would of just mentioned something to someone, accidents happen.. I think it is very unfair that my insurance company (Nationwide) will have to pay for damages to my car that was not created by my accident... In addition someone stole my viper radar detector he charger\suction cup holder for it, iPhone charger case, new bottle of sean jean cologne (but left the cap to it in the cup holder) they lost my keys and stole brand new set of earrings still in box in-which they threw the bag and receipt on the floorboard of my car... Very upsetting that a ""so called professional company"" has employees like that... So either it was the towing company or the Highway patrol who did this, I think I know who it was.. This is very frustrating... I filed a complaint with their office and they acted like it was no big deal and blew me off.. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and National Transportation Authorities.. I posted a post on Facebook for no more than 20 mins and over 9 of my common friends had similar incidents happen to them.. This has to stop..!! great shop to have your car fixed at if you get in a wreck or just need some touch up work done. always easy to work with and nice people. more

ive been in vegas for over 35 years, ewing bros. has been here the whole time serving the city. Ive seen alot of companies come and go but they have always been around towing for metro, maybe some of these people need to deal with a less qualified company before they throw people under the bus. Think about this for a minute, your driving on the freeway headed home after a long drive from california when a bus sideswipes you and pins your car in the guard rail and you cant get out, metro shows up and calls homer from ""half price towers"" to come and rescue your golden ass from under a bus. Homer shows up and doesnt have the right equipment to pick up a bus, so they call next on the list. an hour later your still trapped under a bus and chino shows up from ""mi casa amor "" towing, he cant help you out either, now the bus has started to leak fuel into your car, your legs are smashed and you cant see. I bet you will be thinking, ""damn i wish metro would have called someone qualified to come save my life tonight, oh well they're gone somewhere else changing out a flat, or gassing up some lazy asses car on the strip. more

on 2/22/11 my car was rear ended by an uninsured driver, ewing bros. towing was directed by the Highway Patrol to tow my car to their yard. I called the following day to have the car towed to a repair shop and found that they had a collsion center on site. I was transfered to the body shop and was treated with great customer service, my car was moved into their facilty and stored free of charge for an additional two weeks while I saved enough money to have it repaired. The car looks better than new and the final bill was less than I was quoted, great service!!!!!! more

Crooks is the only way to describe this company. They did not want to release my car to my insurance. They make you jump through hoops to get your car out. They are trying to keep your car as long as possible to get your money. DO NOT USE!!! and if you have to have it shipped to a different place rather than their yard. Pros: absolutely nothing Cons: everything more
