When the majority of reviews for Evolve Fitness are fair or worse, there has to be something to them... Similar experience with others, horrible customer service, predatory bait and switch tactic to entice you to sign -- don't believe anything they tell you!, limited ""popular"" machines, taped up equipment, dirty facility - why would a company post out of focus and dimly lit photos unless they were hiding something.... read the reviews and stay away!!! more

Your predatory practices are beyond anything I've ever seen. After repeated calls, mailings, visits, pleading and providing forms and proof that I was moving, you persist and charge my credit card month after month. You should be ashamed to exploit their customers this way. more

One of the things that I must say that I love about Evolve Fitness is that their trainers have flexible schedules, which is a great convenience for busy persons like me. If the trainer you started out with was not available, you can always guarantee that there is another trainer to work with you that is equally qualified and motivated. more

I no longer have to deal with the extra weight in my abdominal region, and now my clothes fit me a lot better. Additionally, I have more energy to take me through the entire day. All of these great changes in my appearance have a lot to do with me becoming a member at the Evolve Fitness gym. more

Honestly, when I read these positive reviews all I can think is that these are planted reviews by their management. The membership department will say anything to get you to join. They are completely dishonest. Gym was really clean when I started but has absolutley gone down hill. Machines constantly ""being repaired."" uh huh. Not only that, they do Groupons, and the like SO often that although you will be paying full price the gym is CONSTANTLY filled with people who got the month for 10 dollars. Which is great for the people getting the deal but it makes it way too crowded. Seriously, I know healthworks and BSC's are more expensive but there is a reason for that! more

I also posted this on yelp since no one should trust this gym. They would not honor the Buywithme voucher that I purchased for the sole purpose of redeeming it on May 1 to use for the next 90 days. The promotion and voucher clearly states ""On your first visit, redeem your voucher for a 20-visit pass. All visits must be used within 90 days of issue of pass."" I'm not sure about anyone else but that obviously means that I can redeem my voucher at any point before the voucher expires for a 20-visit pass!! The kid at the front desk was no help on Sunday and I left my number to have someone contact me. No one did! I called today and spoke to the owner, Mark Rozman. He basically said that HE wrote this and it makes complete sense and he would not honor the voucher or work with me! It doesn't seem like he should be working in the service industry!! I would NOT go to this gym EVER. Their idea of customer service is a joke. more

I have been a member of this gym since they opened. the equipment is all brand new top of line and plenty of treadmills so you never have to wait. the womens locker area is awesome. plenty of room all modern and very very clean. the gym has lots of natural light which is great for those days when you are really dragging !!!
