Once again, Tanja has worked magic on my hair color. She truly is the best colorist in town. I've been going to her for many years and would never trust anyone else to do as good...

I finally love my hair!!!! 6/21/2010

Wow, my hair was a complete disaster when I first came to Evolution. It was over processed, the coloring was a mess, and really I hated everything about it. Tanja first introduced me to the salon and worked with me on what I wanted my hair to look like. She knew exactly what to do and what I would love. It took awhile to get my hair back to a healthy state, with color that looked amazing! Tanja knows what to do each time I go in and always keeps the style current. \r Micah cuts my hair and she always does an amazing job. She understands what I want and gives suggestions as well, that compliment my face shape. \r I have never been happier with my hair! If you are looking to change your look then Evolution is the salon to go to!!!! I guarantee you will love your hair! Pros: Great color, cut, fun atmosphere & very experienced stylists Cons: It's a little pricey but worth it :) more

Consistent---No Surprises--Just Spectacular Hair 6/5/2010

I have been a client for over 15 years! I have to say I've never had a bad haircut, color or styling. ""Katie"" always takes the time to see what's working for me, what needs to be changed, etc. I never worry about how I'll look when I leave. Pros: Consistent, Stylists really listen... more

Tanya Weller has been coloring my hair for 7 years. She always listens to my needs and offers her professional feedback. It's wonderful to work with someone that I can trust to achieve the perfect shade. She is a true joy to be around; I always look forward to my color appointments. Most likely, you will be met at the front desk by Valerie. Her personality is like a breath of fresh air. She has a special way of making you feel welcome. Highly Recommended! 6/3/2010

Evolution goes beyond great customer service into the realm of hospitality. They give you quarters for the parking meter, offer you a beverage, a smile, and converse with you like a friend. I always look forward to my appointments here! They have super cute decor and all of the stylists have great hair themselves. Both of these factors make me more secure that I am going to come out of there looking fabulous; and I always do! Pros: great stylists, customer service & decor Cons: None! more

I've been going to Evolution for over 15 years. Tanja is the only person who has ever colored my hair and the only one I trust to do it. I love getting compliments on my hair. Mark is an amazing hair stylist. My hair is straight with some swists and turns and is difficiult to get just right but he always does. I highly recommend Tanja and Mark! more

I am a very critical person when it comes to hair cuts. It is because of my background in the cosmetology business. I have not practiced many years but I still keep my license up.\r I have gone to many shops but I have found with Evolution they listen. We know our hair best and it is nice to go to a stylist who listens as well that gives feedback of what they think about the style that could best fit you.\r I highly recommend Evolution to anyone who is looking for the right cut and style. My hair looks amazing!! 5/31/2010

When I met Tanya, a couple of years ago, my hair was literally ""fried"" from over processing. She totally worked a ""miracle"" on me! Tanya is absolutely amazing with color, is very knowledgeable and up to date on her craft. She is now doing a keratin treatment which is phenomenal! I have thick, coarse and naturally wavy hair that I straight iron. Tanja just did this treatment on me and I am thrilled! I blew my hair dry with my fingers in half the time and was able to go out the door! My hair is straight and looks and feels incredible! Am sooo excited for the beach and pool this summer....no more ""lion's mane""! The treatment lasts several months. Starr has been my hair dresser now for at least 4 years!! She is amazing, cut and color!! I always feel happy and love my hair when I leave Evolution. Starr also does free bang trims, if it isn't time for a full trim! Thank you Starr!! Pros: Starr is amazing!! Cons: none!! more

My Hair has Never Looked Better! 5/3/2010

I was always on the search for a new hair stylist. Trying one here and one there, but it wasn't until I found Starr that I was totally 100% happy with my hair. She always listens to what I want and advices according to my face shape and what will look best on me. I have tried so many styles with Starr, Bangs, Red, Layered, Dark, Highlights...there is nothing she hasn't made look fantastic. I would recommend Starr to everyone. She is also just a great person in general, so it's that much better to go get my hair done and talk with her!! Pros: Enviornmentally Friendly, Great Location, Great Hair Stylist more

After struggling for years between a cute hairstyle that took an hour to create or an easy hairstyle that made me look like a square-headed boy, Star has done what I was told was impossible - a cute AND easy hairstyle! I've been getting my hair done by Star for a few years now, she is awesome. Easy to talk to, listens to what you want and knows how to help pick style/color based on your face shape etc. I have never been dissapointed and have always LOVED my look and especially my color every time. Not only does this hair salon have a chic look with urban decor and a rustic modern setting, but the hairstylists have a gift of personal touch; making you think they know you better than you know yourself! At least they know your hair better than you do! Fabulous customer service, hair coloring & cutting 4/15/2010

From the kind greeting by Valerie at the front desk through-out my entire appointment I feel treated, pampered, and special. I look forward to my appointments with Micah! Her scalp massages are OUT OF THIS WORLD! She does a fabulous job with coloring my hair-- my highlights and lowlights are done with such great detail and expertise. Tanja is by far my favorite hair colorist ever. I have had every color of hair in the book. You name it. My hair was really damaged when we first met. I have been seeing Tanja now for almost 2 years. I trust her with my hair completely. I let Tanja do whatever she wants now. I definitly recommend scheduling and appointment with this woman. You won't be disappointment. From the time you are wamly greeted when you first arrive to the moment that your services are complete they make you feel so much a part of the Evolution family. \r * I would like to say that TANJA is the best when it comes to color. She takes the time with each client to analyze what color would work best for skin tone and hair texture. Over the past 7 years I have see Tanja work her magic on myself as well as others. I also see STARR for my hair cuts. She takes the time to listen and she always understands what I am wanting. She is also great for looking at your face shape and recommending what hair style would look best. Pros: It is a great overall experience Cons: I hate to leave. more

Best salon in town 3/21/2010

No question - this is the best place in town. I've had Tanja do my color since 2006 - she is The Master, never a hard sell and she knows exactly what I need and want. Starr has been cutting my hair since 2008 and she's fantastic as well. I (foolishly) tried another salon sometime in 2007 and the result was disastrous after less than a year. I learned my lesson and am a happy lifer. Your hair makes a huge impression - trust these guys to make it fabulous. I know I do.\r \r more

LOVE IT!!! 3/20/2010

I had my hair done here for my wedding and it was INCREDIBLE! My hair made my entire outfit that day. It was totally unique. They had me come in a few weeks prior for a practice run and so everything ran smoothly on the day of. It made my day SO much more special. My bridesmaids came with me and they pampered us all with drinks and treats. I've also gotten my hair cut here 2 or 3 times while I've been in the city and they do a fantastic job! They always take into account the shape of my face and my styling preferences. I would recommend Evolution to anyone! It's a first class place! more
