While trying to find out when 2 pieces of equipment I use often would be repaired, I was treated very rudely by the manager, Steve Gourlay, Jr. I attempted to explain the details of the problem. He was immediately defensive and very abusive, and claimed he was away a month so he couldn?t know anything. I said that someone else would have been in charge while he was away (this is a business after all!), and I was just looking to find out the status of the equipment servicing. He actually walked away from me while I was speaking to him (I'm not longwinded & that is very rude!) Only after a nasty argument did he make a phone call, but at that point it was too late. I said I wanted to cancel my membership. He agreed to cancel my membership, but when he found out I just purchased a year long membership, he refused to honor the cancellation he had just agreed to. I would stay away from this place and spend your hard earned money where they treat you with kindness & respect.
