I find that with Evolution Audio Video you are in a relationship for life. They are very proactive about their professional relationship with you. They bring cutting edge technology to their customers, and I have done some major financial investments into products with them. Although it is not a perfect world, their service and follow through really makes my choice to invest into audio and video equipment stellar. I have been using them since 1993 or 1994. A potential customer has nothing to fear, because they take ownership of any concerns that come up, and they deliver that service 24/7. Let's just say that if the big screen comes down out of the ceiling and something is not working quite right, they are just a phone call away. Whether it is a Sunday morning or Monday night, whenever it is, they always deliver. They are not a big box store. They are a small family-run operation that deals with the finest equipment known to man. They offer the best, and their pricing is very fair. They want customers for life, so they are into developing a positive, professional relationship with you. I have used Evolution Audio Video about 7 times now over the span of 15+ years. I have continued to use their service because of their honesty and customer service in backing the products that they sell. They installed a complete audio/video system in my house and did a wonderful job. They were always right there to correct any bugs. Evolution also has installed home theaters in 2 of my son's houses and they did a very good job with those as well. They are not the cheapest service but they do excellent work. They are not discounting like the box stores but they are at retail or below. You get what you pay for with Evolution. When you're spending as much money as you are with audio/video, you better have the service to back it up. The service is the most important, and Evolution provides that.
