Evo is on it's own schedule. It has good food and REALLY good bubble tea, but don't expect good service. They're never open when they're supposed to be.
I came by there well before midnight one night, and their "open" sign was lit up. There was a large group of Asians inside, playing some game, including some of the staff. So I knocked on the window and pointed to the sign. The main staff member came up to the window, looked at me blankly, and then just unplugged the sign! Then he went back to playing the video game.
They also have strange credit card policies (something like if you spend less than 5$, they have to charge you extra...I think that's just illegal practice). I just bring cash anytime I go there, or my checkbook.
