My benchmark for care 8/18/2014

I have been working with Evergreen Retirement Community for a year and a half, and they quickly defined my perception of ideal senior care. The facility is beautiful and clean, and they are constantly improving the living environments for their residents. All of the residents are referred to by name - which I'm sure is no easy task- and with genuine concern and overall friendliness. I have been involved with multiple state inspections and they easily meet and exceed the strict and numerous requirements. Overall, they take great care in creating a positive, healthy environment for their residents. more

short staffed 8/4/2005

i worked here a couple nights through a temp service and i honestly will never go back there, they work very short staffed an to be honest there building could be cleaner an ran better. they need a new director of nursing and for state to inspect them. they already had a fire there which luckily led to no one being injured but what about if it happens again, somebody needs to step in an protect the elderly living there soon more
