Service was terrible. Only 3 tables being served and we had to go to the bar and get our own drinks. Waitress came back and she didn't say anything. When food arrived it was cold and we complained and she said sorry, no offer to fix. When our table was not cleared after 20+ minutes and check did not arrive, we asked the manager and told him about our displeasure. He said oh well and was sorry. Bill came from manager with $60 tip(18% gratuity for party of 9), and we asked him over to discuss. He said there was nothing he would do since we agreed to pay the 18% when we sat down and read menu. Waitress even came over and agreed service was terrible, but manager told her to be quiet and sent her away. We said we refused to pay full gratuity and he said he would call the police. We finally paid because it was late and we had large group ready to go home. El Rancho has a nice ambience, but the big prices, terrible service and arrogant manager have steared us away from ever eating there again. Tourist Trap!
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Management was the worst.
