Was not happy that there was a price for every little thing I needed done. The serviceman kept trying to get me to pay for more than I was willing to pay. The price to get out a red stain was outregeous. I had to leave the main stains I wanted out which was why I was having the carpet cleaned. It would have been better if he told me these added prices over the phone before I scheduled. Give one price for everything I need before scheduling. more

Average sefgvice overall 7/26/2012

First of all, you do not have service people hand you an evaluation form and stand over you while you complete it. AFTER the tech left we examined the results. Several spots were still there. Marks on the hardwood floor at the entry. AND there was a price for every thing. We had two small areas in the bedrooms. Nothing was moved which was OK, but the walk in clset was NOT cleaned. Way over rated you can be sure. more

I was very pleased with the service the worker got here on time and when he arived he got to work and in the end the carpet of my house clean looked like new I am pleased and in the future will sure have them clean my carpet thank you more

I was a little disappointed that the covers for the arms of the sofas in the family room do not look cleaner and that the spot on the back where the head rests still looks soiled. Other than that, very pleased. more

A Pleasant Experience 7/20/2012

Have been receiving Evergreen coupons in the group coupon packets for years. I called several of the carpet entities (in no order)and the first two acted like they could care less. The "Oxy" girl actually hung up on me because I had to keep asking her to repeat things. Long story short, Paul and Tyler with Evergreen provided amazing service with a professional, friendly approach. And when Ron followed up the next day I had mentioned a couple of streaks that appeared after drying (no fault of theirs). They sent Bob out for a couple of touch-ups. I wasn't expecting the 2nd visit at all. Nice! We have a 1/2 acre organic gardening operation, so all of that is tracked into the house (White Berber of all things). Great carpet cleaning and love the coupons 7/19/2012

The technician did a really great job. My only complaint was the time slot quoted to me was not accurate. He was delayed in traffic, which was not his fault, but the result was I could have rearranged my schedule if I had known he would be that late. more

Carpet Cleaning 7/13/2012

I recently relocated to Reno, NV and purchased a home. The house needed the carpet to be cleaned and I wanted to do that before moving in. Evergreen Carpet Care came out to do an estimate. The technician was very professional and detailed with what needed to be done. The stairway and a few rooms needed extra cleaning due to excess dirt and stains. Evergreen was able to schedule the cleaning quickly and they did a fantastic job. In addition to cleaning the carpet, they were able to work out all the excess dirt and stains. I was so satisfied with the work they did that I have had them clean the tile in our bathrooms and area rugs for our hardwood floors. I also plan on having them clean all of our upholstry & patio cushions. Not only do they do great work, they are very professional. I am glad I have found Evergreen Carpet Care. more

Excellent service and work 7/13/2012

Coby cleaned 2 large areas and stairs. Best job EVER on our stairs! He also cleaned our truck interior and travel trailer. Cleaning was done with great care and attention to detail. We will definitely use Evergreen again and request Coby. more

Cleans a lot of my properties 7/10/2012

I own a property management company, so Evergreen Carpet Care cleans a lot of my properties. They offer excellent prices, but sometimes I feel like I don't get a bang for my buck. I give them instructions, but they still have to call. I'd rather that they take the order and run with it. I don't need somebody to tell me what the industry is. I've been using Evergreen Carpet Care for about one year now. I would tell others to use them, but to make sure that they do exactly what you want them to do. more
