To whom it may concern,
My name is Ronada Thompson me and my husband Charles Thompson have been living at Evergreen at coursey in Baton Rouge la for about 3 years, our time at this complex has been pleasant. But the transition to this new management has been a bit of a nightmare with the high turn over of staff. Over the past couple days my security alarm have been beeping loud ever 2 seconds giving me sleepless nights and annoying days. I called the office and made a work order for some one to come fix the problem. Someone from maintenance called me and said he will send someone out the next day to unhook the wiring until the alarm company come out. The next day I called to check the status of my work order and no one ever put it in. My work order was then put in and the maintenance guy then came out and unhook the wiring. Less than a hour later the police show up at my door knocking hard. The police said that the alarm company had contact them saying my alarm had went off and he was checking to see if I was ok. I then called the front office were Jennifer the property manager answered the phone and I told her what was going on. I then explained to her I had a fear that I would be charged for the police coming out to my house for a false alarm. Jennifer then told me that I would have to take that up with the alarm company and coursey place had nothing todo with the alarm default. I explain to her that I pay coursey place and not the security company and I feel like they are one since its their property. Jennifer told me she couldn't help me with that and I told her if a problem did arise with a additional charge I would have to contact cooperate, she then cut me off told me to do that then and have a nice day. I called back and asked Jennifer for cooperate phone number, she told me to go online and get the Number, I asked her again to give me the number and she refused telling me she couldn't just give me the number, Jennifer began to speak to me louder and louder, we were then talking at the same time and I asked her to listen at me and she tried to turn the tables and say I was yelling at her, Jennifer then hung up the phone in my face. I called back and Bridgett the assistant manager then answered the phone and she asked to help me solve the problem I was having with Jennifer. Bridgett then said she will see about getting me a email address and didn't come back to the phone, so I have decided to email you. I have leasing consultant experience and now I own my business and I will never in a million years treat my customers how I was treated. This small problem escalated because the property manager was not sympathetic and very rude to me. Can you have someone call me to resolve this issue.
Thanks!
