Nous sommes québécois et avons acheté une maison sur le parc et nous sommes bien heureux de vivre dans cette communauté propre, sécure, bon voisinage et activités à la portée de tous. Situés près des centres, l'aéroport, la plage, que demandé de mieux avec la belle température de l'hiver 2011-12. Pour apprécier il faut y vivre. more

Everglades mobile home park is a very safe community and secure. tho they need to be a little less strict about the children there , they do keep everything running smoothly. A couple years ago I was 15 and i went there to see my grandma but they didn't let me in cause I was a teenager. and my younger cousin tried the same thing and the same thing happend to him. more

Near the Fort Laderdale airport and 2 expressways 4/10/2010

Beautiful community near the Ronald Reagan Turnpike and the US 595 Port Everglades Expressway, 12 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport.\r \r The community is very quiet, a peaceful place to live, and the with a lot of water in the lake and canals.\r \r The HOA make a lot of entertaining activities. It's a nice neighborhood 11/28/2009

It's a nice community, very quiet, clean located in a beautiful place with the lake. The common areas are clean and the administration takes a good care of them, they even cut the lawn. There is a beautiful big and clean swimming pool, wit a jacuzzy. The meeting room is big and nice with soom billiards pool tables in good condition.\r \r The neighbors are educated and quiet. There is no special problem with the security I never heard of a robbery or something else. Pros: Quiet, clean and beautiful swimming pool Cons: Some neighbors come only in the winter more

There's a gate to the community, but anyone can get in. Just drive up to the gate, make up a name of someone to visit and you're in. Even better if someone walks in or rides in on a bike, they are not challenged. \r \r Ask community management and they will tell you - they can't stop anyone from entering the park.
