my experience in this place was very bad i take my car to fix to this place they charge me for diagnostic labor ,parts and they letme go with the same problem in my car so i went back to this place the same day but they make me wait to the next week so then after they check my car they tell me that they didnt know what was the problem but they can try to figure it out by me paying for one more diagnostic some thing that i think wrong why pay for 2 diagnostics for the same problem,i pay them more than 500dls and they didnt fix my car so please dont even look or think about taking your car at this place you can do something better with your money,... more

NEVER GO TO EVERETT AUTO CLINIC 10/29/2007

I just went to Everett Auto Clinic today...and they totally tried to rip me off!! Not only did they say it would cost me 2000 dollars to get my car fixed, but when I said "no way, ill go somewhere else", they tried to charge me 60 bucks for just looking at my car!!! After i threatened to get an attorney, they said they would lower it to 20 bucks...but i refused to pay them anything because you cant charge someone without telling them. These guys are snakes and they totally tried to rip me off because im a young girl...dont ever go here!!!!!!!!!!! more

An arm and a leg 9/13/2005

I just got my headlight switch repaired at Everett Auto Clinic and it cost me 400 bucks! I had a guy friend and mechanic tell me the reason my headlights didn't work was the headlight switch; which was inside my dashboard and would be difficult to change myself. So I paid to have it done after telling the man what I needed replaced. The man told me there is no such thing under the dashboard and I should have him figure the problem out. Well.... it ended up being exactly what I said it was but now I had to pay him 200 bucks for figuring out what it was again. :( They also tried to tack on a hazardous waste fee but quickly took it off when I asked what it was for. PROS: They did it and got it done right CONS: cost me soooooo much! more
