Follow up on previous review... my landscaping was eventually put back together and they did bring in more river rock. They moved the outlet pipe to a different part of the lawn so it would no longer be a hazard. The pipe connection that came apart during a bad storm was also fixed. My main concern with this company is that they did not have an emergency service to help with an after hours issue .. I would recommend they add some kind of night service so when something out of the ordinary happens, it can be resolved right away. My basement has stayed dry and the pump works well. I was glad they could resolve my other issues. more

EverDry came out to our house about 2 years ago. We have both a very old basement (over 100 years old, which leaked like a sieve) and a new basement. We had called 5 other places to get estimates and to find out what various solutions might be. John, from EveryDry, was a gem. He really knew the business inside and out. They came out in the dead of winter and fixed our leaks. They were great to work with. While EverDry wasn't the lowest price, they had the best product and the most knowledge. When we called them to come back to fix something, they were prompt and courteous. We have recommended EveryDry to others. more

We had EverDry come out 10 years ago when we bought our 70+ year old farmhouse. We had rivulets of water run down the center wall when it rained. We intended to partially finish this half so we needed the water stopped! We chose to have both the outside and inside work done for the best success. It has been a great experience. They completed the initial work in a timely manner and even had me see their work in progress to understand what was being done. They've returned promptly to address and correct any issues that have come up since then. The workers have all been very polite. We highly recommend EverDry. more

Very satisfied customer 3/16/2012

Our basement was like a swimming pool everytime it rained. Headaches, money and wet feet were common. Then we met Everydry Waterproofing. They answered prayers for us. They came to the house fully prepared with information about their system. They gave options, payments and hope. We had them work on our basement and "hallelujah" no more wet feet. The workers were on time, they cleaned up after they were done, but most of all they gave us peace of mind. Now when it rains, I can sit back and relax knowing that Everdry took away alot of stress and gave us a bright future. Thanks Everdry!!!!!!! more

Soon to be a repeat customer on our new home 3/8/2012

Hello again Everdry! My husband just requested that I get on the computer and look up Everdry to look at a couple walls in our basement. While I was looking them up,I noticed that a few people were putting comments on here and thought I would add my two cents.about 9 or 10 years ago,we paid Everdry around $9,800 to fix several cracks & stop water from coming up through cracks in our floor,I found them to be very knowledgeable and informative,I'll tell ya,I've never seen a group of workers that worked so hard in my life! they dug (by hand) all the way around the outside and inside of our house to repair it and they installed a drain system that protects the walls and the floor! Imagine my shock when about a week after the job was done,we had a big storm,I was so confident and excited to go down and take a look and found water on one wall and on the floor in the same area! I was quite surprised to find this, and very angry that my huge investment might have been in vain. I marched upstairs more

Best investment ever 3/4/2012

I called the Everdry in Wyoming,Mi.and 3 other companies to look at a water & mold issue I had at my home in Kentwood about 4-5 years ago,To be honest, sitting and listening to all of the different opinions of how to handle my problem, the wide range of pricing, and the competitive nature of some companies that do this kind of work was a ""new"" homeowner's nightmare! The thing that stood out to me with Everdry, was that they did not just throw a one size fits all ""fix"" at my wife and I.They actually took the time (almost an hour and 45 mins.in fact) to explain not only what was going wrong, but ""why"" basements actually develop these problems.I really felt like they cared and were there to help my family, not just make a sale. Long story short, here we are almost 5 years later, and other than one pump change, which was covered under their warranty,I have not had any water or mold issues to speak of.I also used to run a dehumidifier due to moist musty stinky air,They installed their ezbreath ventilater and no more smelly air,and my electrical expenses are much less too! I would, and have recommended Everdry to anyone having similar basement troubles. We are extremely happy we chose Everdry! I met the owner (Rob) at a golf show in Grand Rapids a couple weeks ago,I was telling him how pleased we were with our basement now,He asked if I would consider getting online to share my praises,Well, with everything they've done for us,I'm happy to do it! Thanks Again Everdry! more

Great Investment 2/15/2012

It has now been eleven years since we had EverDry waterproof our basement. It was one of the best investment we have ever made. After years and years of a leaking basement and mold, we have never experienced any of those problems since EverDry provide this service for us. Now we never have to worry no matter how hard of a dowpour we have or how fast the snow melts. The water never comes into our basement. Before, even the smallest downpour always meant water seeping through, and a large downpour meant inches of water to clean out. Not a drop of water since we had the EverDry system placed. more

I am totally happy with Everdry 2/14/2012

I have had my Everdry system since 1994 and to date my home was the longest and worst home they had worked on. Normally it is 3 days in and out, my home was 7 days of back breaking work. I have pictures that were taken through out the process. The only problems I have had was with sump pumps that they buy and DON'T make. If I had any questions or issues I have always been able to contact people at Everdry and they were answered in a timely fashion. Yes the initial work created a mess, when you are digging down to footings you will have that, it can't be fixed magically. Everdry has always been responsive and caring. I don't know who the gentleman below was dealing with but it was not anyone at Everdry that I have had contact with. I doubled my space because of this system. Trust me I did my homework and have never regretted my choice. I am willing to back them and happily endorse them to anyone who calls. Because of the high humidity in my house before my Everdry system I had to repla more

Everdry experience has been a NIGHTMARE!! 2/11/2009

I paid over $9000 cash up front to have Everdry Grand Rapids 'fix' my water issues in the basement. They sent a team of teen-aged boys who left my yard a mess. At one point they had a vent pipe sticking out in the middle of the yard with the jagged edge of pvc exposed, in a walking area!! The water drain tube is not buried deeply enough and I trip over it and scalp the lawn when mowing. Inside, the place was left a MESS - dust everywhere, scratched walls, nicked woodwork and furniture. I had to wait 3 weeks to have the carpet put back in place ( which they do not tell you up front) and then also had to pay a private contractor additional to fix the carpet! Four months later I STILL have water in the basement and a sump that scares the dogs when it goes off. They take 1-3 weeks to get out to 'solve' anything and then it is not fixed. tonight I came home to a leaking pipe, that they supposedly fixed this past week. My carpet and walls are wet. I would never recommend Everdry to any more

Helped fix our basement after the flooding 11/10/2005

After the flooding from the sub pump and Modernistic ripping us off we turned to Everdry to help us reclaim our basement and take care of the problem that wasn't really "gone" with the first treatment. They were able to help take care of the water damage in our walls, recover and replace the items that needed to be done gave us extra room in the walls as they restored them by moving things out and making it one great room as well as offering us a 10% off special which saved us another $500 in repair cost after everything we had to pay with the first bad experience. They have free estimates and also offer senior savings which is another positive note. PROS: Senior Savings, Restored our basement CONS: more
