While living in Switzerland, Bill Dixon developed a love for great cheese and bread. He learned the art of fondue and became obsessed with sharing his new found love with the masses. Opening a fondue restaurant when he returned home to America became his dream.
His successful career in machinery delayed his dream to open up a fondue restaurant until the Fall of 2014, but it didn't dwindle his love for all things fondue.
