I can't give negative stars so I have to give one. The staff behind the counter is rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I do not think there is anyone in the office that can show any compassion or empathy and certainly does not care about anything except taking your money. I am happy I found this out after only a year after the other reviews I read this has been going on for a while and will probably continue. DO NOT WALK INTO THIS NIGHTMARE!!!
