We are a senior citizens home and we were looking for a local company that could service our units and handle our calls for support. We called Evans Heating & Air, and Steve Evans was the first to come out and look at our units. He was very professional and polite. Steve serviced out units, both new and old. He took them to his shop and called me with the results. The price was more than reasonable for the services he provided. I am more than satisfied with the pricing. Evans Heating & Air provides exceptional service. Their communication is great and they are very good at returning phone calls. We are definitely going to continue using them. I found Evans Heating & Air on the internet. From the initial phone call I set up an appointment. Steve was on time and serviced my air conditioner. That was so good I had him come back and redo the attic insulation. Everything was great. The timeliness was good; the service was wonderful. more

I witnessed Evans Heating & Air Conditioning completely remove, install a completed home system including all the duct work. He completely serviced my existing system and demonstrated how I can clean the filters. He has v/good communication skills, neat work habits and is someone I will hire again and again. more
