I am writing to make a full retraction of my original derogatory statements regarding Evans Glass and the install they originally performed on my house. I am making this retraction because Matt Flath, the general manager at Evans Glass, after reading my comments online, reached out to me in order to try and solve the stated issues. He personally drove out to my house, inspected the install and agreed there were serious problems that required attention and was more than willing to go the extra mile and make things right. He also apologized for the unpleasant customer service I had received, assuring me it would never happen again. I really appreciate the effort he made and the level of customer service I received and I believe Matt should be commended for this. In summary, here are the items Matt?s install team did, at no cost to me, to fix the problems:
