I have been going to Natalie for 5 years now,she does miracles with blondes!I live in Orange County and drive to Redlands every 8 weeks to get my hair done.I do not trust anybody else to do my hair plus she is such a sweetheart.The others in there make this salon a warm and welcoming place to come to plus they have Bare Minerals(my favorite!) more

i wanted to get my dirty blonde hair more blond. in doing doing so i trusted natalie anderson not knowing what was to come. everything was going great until i saw my hair, after the wash she started brushing my hair and it literally fell out, (like 10 brushes full) now keep in mind that my hair hadn't been colored for over a year and i wasn't on any type on medication. all she could say the whole time was that it was normal and it happens all the time. when my hair dried it looked nothing like the picture i showed her. instead it was two different colors, and I'm too scared to color it again. :( i hope nobody ever has to experience what i did. it was a nightmare and a half!
