Unfortunately, customer service rep Mike failed to resolve issue with previous poor installation of exterior mirror. As I was requesting what specifically needed to be done, I sensed he wasn't hearing/listening to me, and when I picked up the car, lo and behold, the issue remains unresolved. When I called and spoke to Mike about it, I sensed he did not understand what I was asking for and came across to me as if it was my problem not Evans Automotive. In customer service, sometimes it's the little things that make the difference. Sadly, although I had planned several repairs to be done by Evans Automotive, I will not be returning.
