Bad experience with this company 10/20/2010

Beware of doing business here. They show no respect for customers.There was not a price noted on the receipt when I picked up my window treatments and I thought I was charged more than I had paid when I previously used this company. He told me if I was charged less before than someone made a mistake. They damaged a window treatment and they were very rude about it. John kept repeating "we will fix it if its our fault", implying perhaps they did not break it. He indicated they would pick up the damaged window treatment and proceded to call that morning to say they WOULD NOT pick it up and if I wanted it fixed I had to bring it in. They would fix it if "only if was not their fault."\r I would never do business again with this company. more

Rude and Dishonest! 7/6/2010

I had a floor to ceiling blind that needed repair so to make sure it was taken down and put back up properly, I called this co.and paid the $95 fee. Big Mistake!! The men who put the blind back up completely scratched up my brand new paint job around the entire frame. They said "oops". When I called to speak w/ James (the boss) as I was told to, he was extremely rude and denied they did this. PLEASE do not use this company - there are many other ethical co's that deserve your money! more
