They are incredibly professional and make me feel very comfortable. I love their all natural products and their pre-paid wax pass options. I purchased an entire year of waxes after my first appointment because I was so impressed! more

LOVE European Wax Center! Rochelle is the the greatest! Makes me feel so comfortable and keeps the conversation flowing. She remembers from visit to visit where we left off in our conversation. Everything is great. I would improve upon the lost items policy. Although you cannot be held responsible for all missing items, it would be nice to have more options for picking up forgotten things without fearing they will be returned to the wrong person. In addition,if a mistake like this is made,an apology would be nice more
