Reliable, Fair and Friendly 3/26/2014

I have used EMC twice for repairs on two different Jaguars. In both cases, EMC was extremely helpful and even allowed me to utilize my own parts to save money. Their hourly rate is about the same as the dealership, but EMC charges for actual time (not out of a rate book). Very competent! more

First Time 12/11/2013

I was referred by friends who use your Roswell location and couldn't be more pleased. Scott was great, and you were able to get me in for a front break replacement and 60K service, as well as try to repair an Aux input that had a broken tip in it. Everything was done quickly, and professionally. The technician (Eric?) was very efficient to get the work done as quickly as he did. There was a small issue with the brakes. A pebble was 'stuck' and produced a noise. The tech was able to find the problem, and resolve it the following day in 15 minutes. (Hoping it didn't damage the rotor, forgot to ask). I have a follow-up awaiting a part, and now have a new mechanic. more

Best Experiance I have Had Yet 10/21/2010

I have waited to write this review until I went to this shop more then once, because experience has taught me that sometimes you are treated right and sometimes not. These guys have consistently excelled in customer service, but also I truly believe they try to save me money. Jessey will tell me what I need now what I can wait on. He will take the time to email me pictures or walk me back into the shop and show me whats wrong. I have never had another shop do this and definitely not Buckhead Mercedes. Do yourself a favor and see these guys. more
