Best shop in the area for European service. I have dealt with them for over 10 years as they have serviced my Porsches, BMWs, and VWs. Outstanding. Most people who own nice performance-oriented cars do not realize what is will cost to maintain and repair them. more

Great Porsche maintenance - better than dealership 11/18/2011

to start with I've had mostly good luck at dealerships but they were starting to get pricy and small issues (make appt to get tires at Leith Porsche and they sell tires before my appt). At European Performance they were about 1/2 the price, not all the dealership sales traffic and they did much better job at cleaning car when they were done. So far so good. more

Service good, honest. 10/23/2009

I had previously taken my BMW to MPowered Automotive as well as West German Garage for a check over due to my check engine light being on. Both other shops recommended spark plugs as well as ignition coils (not cheap!). European Performance explained that it was a simple vacuum leak and simply replaced an inexpensive rubber hose. Their honesty impressed me and I will definitely be returning for future services. Pros: Price, detailed my car, and honesty Cons: no loaner more

Bad attitude 6/4/2009

I went EP for some work done. They told me I need all four new tires and break work one. This would be the second time they tried this. My tires have only been used for 6,000 miles and are six months old. At first I agreed to have the work done on my car, but then called about ten minutes later to not have the tires replaced work done. On the first estimate of more work and more money, my car would have been ready the following morning. On the second estimate of less work and less money for them, my car suddenly would not be ready until late afternoon the following day. Overall, I just didn?t like their attitude about this whole thing. I have gone there before but felt like they were selling me things I didn?t need. That?s just my opinion. Pros: Nothing Cons: Cons would be a good word for it. more

better service and priced less than the dealer 12/3/2008

I find this business to be very fair and thorough. Considerably less than what a dealership charges and at the same time provides as good if not better service. The dealership told me I needed a long list of items including new belts and hoses. European Performance saw no need to repalce many items and repaired my car for about half of what the dealership wanted. Pros: good service, good prices, thorough. Cons: no loaner vehicle or drop off service more

Just another garage wanting something for nothing..... 11/25/2008

I was hoping to find my one and only mechanic, I'll keep trying somewhere else. Pros: Clean car, service seems fine-(considering it was running fine previously), Cons: Lack of trust due to limited information, price misquotes, and lengthy car stays. more
