Wished I'd considered them sooner 1/1/2016

I've been going to EMC for over four years with my almost 12-year-old VW Jetta TDI. Wished I'd considered them sooner, as I probably would have saved some time and money had I ditched the dealer after the 4-year manufacturer warranty expired. They've done all maintenance since fall 2012, including the big 80K service, i.e., timing belt, and I've been very satisfied with everything. Had all three engine mounts replaced this last visit, which made a big difference. So long as I own the car, I'll be an EMC customer. more

Each and every visit I am treated like an invited guest. My car is always returned freshly washed and the knowledge and professionalism of the staff is truly refreshing. Any and all defects, problems and/or suspected issues are documented, photographed and discussed before any work is performed. Lastly, the estimate is always easy to understand and well presented. more

They brought my car back to life.. If you can't rely on your car , you feel lost..it's stressful..you have to burden everyone asking for rides..your just stuck. Thank you! more

After new steering rack still problems 12/10/2015

Still having noise from the steering, as if metal grinding or some type or mount within the engine.. Not sure. Car makes little to no noise when cold when outside temperature rises over 60 degrees and turning noise still happening as same from previous visits. more

As an EMC customer, I am always made to feel that the Service Advisor (Mrs. Dunphy) understands, and cares about, the need for cost effective, and speedy repairs. In this case the Vehicle Technician (Mr. Parren) took the time to explain his course of action for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing some electrical problems, and making repairs within the left front door of my vehicle. As always, I have been very pleased with the results, and heartily recommend EMC as a trustworthy, reliable source for vehicle services and repairs. more

New Breaks and Tires 11/27/2015
