They completed my 60K for the exact price quoted - not a penny more! They even threw in a couple extras -- lightbulbs that were out and fluids that were low, washed the car and I am back on the road with a vehicle that runs better than it has in a long time! And, my service engine light has been reset properly. It is refreshing to get great technicial service and work with good solid people on top of a getting a fair price. Ken has proven once again that he and the guys at European Car Authority are the experts when it comes to Audi's! I have been taking my Audi to ECA for over 4 years and have always rec'd top notch service. My Audi started acting up over the week-end (check engine light came on / started running rough). I called Ken on Monday morning. He pretty much diagnosed it over the phone and of course his hunch was right. As soon as I brought it in he hooked it up to his scanner, inspected my car, confirmed his suspician, repaired my Audi and got me back on the road. Normally, I only need to schedule routine maintenance services and brake repairs but after this week, it is clear that ECA can quickly and efficiently diagnose and take care of emergency repairs also. The team at European Car Authority are not only experts at what they do but also very personable. It is an excellent repair shop that I would recommend to any european car owner! I just bought my daughter a VW Jetta and will definately have Ken and the techs at European Car Authority take care of that car for us too! They are the best! Honest car repair shop can be in general considered to be an oxymoron, but I would say it cannot get much more trustworthy than this. I've been very impressed with Ken's diagnosis skills and repairs have been spot on, without any regrets or afterthought. They may not be the least expensive place, but the quality of their work has so far been exceptional. more

This is a family run business. Ken is absolutely the best at diagnosing what is wrong with your car. They have all the current diagnostic equipment and you get the benefit of Ken's many years of car knowledge. Ken takes pride in his craft and expertise and has many years in the car repair business, specializing in European cars such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, and many others. My husband wouldn't take his prize classic Mercedes SL350 to anyone else. You always get your car back spotless - cleaner than when you brought it in! Ken and Cheryl are smart, fast, fairn and honest. Ken always takes your car for a test drive to be sure he is satisfied that it is in the best working condition possible. He does not say something is wrong with your car if it is not. They charge fair prices; and always get whatever job done on our car when they say it will be done.
