I was having some brake trouble in my BMW, and had wasted time going to a mechanic that had no idea what was wrong. I googled European car specialists, and European Automotive were the closest to me. I took a chance with them, and it worked out well. They were very thorough and honest, and got the job done in two days. European Automotive were able to diagnose the problem as the brake booster. The mechanic was very friendly, and was able to explain the problem and also point out other things that I might want to consider having repaired. In fact, I will be headed there this week to have the brake sensors fixed. European Automotive have a very clean facility, and everyone there seemed trustworthy. I definitely didn't feel like I was getting scammed. It was a good experience, and I should have gone straight there in the first place. more

European Automotive, Inc. is very cooperative and willing to work with you. I can't say anything but nice things! The person was extremely kind to me. European Automotive, Inc. has never said no and always took in my car. They always came to pick me up and also took me home. Another automotive company that my daughter was using recommended them to me because they didn't work on Mercedes. It turns out that this company recommends Steve at European Automotive, Inc. to everyone who has a Mercedes! I'd say that you're getting a great deal with European Automotive. They're nice people and I am so pleased. A few days after they checked my car, they called me to check up on it to make sure it was drive-able before they were closed for July 4th. Steve and I have become pretty close over the years, so every time I need something for the car I go to European Automotive. I had a Mercedes, and he kept it up for me. That kept me from having to go to the dealer, who's location is way out. He is right here, so it is convenient. I have used European Automotive since 1998 or 1999. He is just good at what he does. more

Steve my was primary mechanic. He was always very thorough. I had an old 1996 Rodeo that he serviced for several years. He is very professional, engaging, and business-oriented.
