European Auto Svc

I have been taking my BMW to European Auto for 5 years now and have had nothing but great service. I originally brought my car to the dealer, they said I needed to replace the engine computer and numerous other things, and it was going to cost over $2000. I decided to get a second opinion, and was I impressed! They diagnosed the car, and to my surprise it was not the computer at all! They showed my husband and I exactly what was wrong, and were able to fix the car for 1/4 the price. My husband and I have been going there ever since. They are always very nice and are happy to show you what is wrong with the car and explain everything. We have 2 BMW's and 1 MBZ and are very satisfied and trust their 30 years plus knowledge of BMW's and MBZ's. Pros: very experienced tech's, great value more

I am VERY disappointed with the service I received at European Auto Service. If you care about your vehicle, don't take it here. I took my car in for an oil change and they told me I needed a new battery because the old one was drained. I bought a new battery, and now my radio does not work. They refuse to take responsibility saying ""There is no proof the damage was done here"". They also try to use ""scare"" tactics or bullying tactics to intimidate you. When I asked to speak to the owner, they wouldn't let me. They said my option was to take legal action. Very unprofessional service, and now I have to get my lawyer to try to resolve this manner. What a headache for an oil change! Don't ever go here! more
